武汉大学遥感信息工程学院2017年教师招聘启事

武汉大学遥感信息工程学院是国内领先、世界知名的从事摄影测量、遥感、地球空间信息人才培养和科学研究的高层次学术平台。学院现有专任教师83人，其中包括科学院院士2人、工程院院士2人、千人学者2人、长江学者2人、杰青2人、优青2人、青年千人2人、青年拔尖人才1人等各类高层次人才。学院逐步建立起了具有世界领先水平的科研和教学环境，以及卫星地面接收站、计算机视觉、移动测量、定量遥感、激光雷达、卫星仿真、智慧城市、地理国情监测等方向的科研平台，基本建成了航天、航空、低空、地面数据采集、处理与应用体系，取得了一批在国内外有重要影响的研究成果。 

为进一步深化基础研究、拓宽学科方向、健全学科体系、培养优秀人才、引领当代遥感学科的发展，遥感信息工程学院除加强传统遥感科学与技术人才队伍建设以外，将逐渐引进传感器和航天领域相关人才，重点拓展遥感仪器和卫星设计与制造等研究方向，现面向国内外公开招聘多名优秀教师和高端人才。 

一、招聘领域 

所涵盖一级学科（交叉学科）：测绘科学与技术、航空宇航科学与技术、信息与通信工程、力学、光学工程、控制科学与工程、仪器科学与技术等。 

具体研究领域： 

（一）实时/移动摄影测量、计算机视觉、航空航天摄影测量、光学遥感、微波遥感、红外遥感、激光遥感、高光谱遥感、遥感应用与地理国情监测、地理信息科学与工程等； 

（二）航空航天工程、卫星载荷（包括传感器）、航空航天材料与结构设计、卫星设计与制造、飞行器设计与工程、飞行器动力工程等； 

（三）动力学与控制、固体力学、流体力学、工程力学等； 

（四）光学、光电子、精密仪器、通信与测控、通信与信息系统、模式识别与智能系统等。 

二、招聘岗位 

（一）学术带头人岗位 

A. 高层次人才 

诚聘各类高层次人才，包括院士、****学者、长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、已获得海外高水平大学教职的教授、副教授、国内知名教授与研究员、青年千人学者、青年长江学者、青年拔尖人才、优秀青年基金获得者等高水平人才。各类人才的待遇参见武汉大学高层次人才引进的相关待遇。 

B．终身轨道制助理教授 

招聘条件： 

1、具有国内、外高校博士学位，拥有在海内外高水平学术机构3年以上的学习、任职经历（含博士后研究等），具有海外助理教授（Tenure Track）及以上职位者优先，年龄原则上不超过40周岁。 

2、有较高的学术造诣，在本学科重要研究方向上取得国内外同行专家认可的创新成果，在研究领域内高水平学术期刊发表论文多篇，主持或参与国家级、省部级科研项目多项；有相关软件、硬件创新性研发成果者优先。 

3、具有较为宽广的学术视野，对本学科建设具有创新性构想和战略性思维，具有带领本学科在其前沿领域赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力。 

4、具有良好的团队协作精神和组织管理能力，注重学术梯队建设，能带领一支创新团队协同攻关。 

5、能胜任全日制研究生、本科生核心课程的讲授任务，承担指导研究生和本科生毕业设计和课外实践环节等人才培养工作，一般应能全英文教学。 

通过招聘选拔者，重点推荐申报国家“****”，国家“青年****”，教育部“长江学者奖励计划”，中组部“青年拔尖人才”，国家自然科学基金委杰出青年科学基金、优秀青年科学基金、湖北省“百人计划”和“楚天学者计划”等，年薪不低于40万元（税前），提供科研启动费、安家费或租房补贴，具体待遇可根据国家、湖北省和武汉大学的相关政策协商确定。 

工作待遇： 

符合国家、湖北省和武汉大学的相关政策者，可申报终身轨道制助理教授，享受相应的年薪、福利待遇。通过国内外同行专家评议者，可申报终身副教授岗位，享受相应的年薪、福利待遇。入选人才计划后，按照就高原则享受相应待遇。 

（二）特聘系列岗位 

招聘条件： 

1、具有国内、外高校博士学位，拥有在海内外高水平学术机构3年以上的学习、任职经历（含博士后研究等），年龄不超过38周岁，国内外知名大学博士后优先。 

2、在本学科重要研究方向上取得国内外同行专家认可的创新成果，在研究领域内高水平学术期刊发表论文多篇；主持国家级、省部级科研项目多项；有相关软件、硬件创新性研发成果者优先。 

3、具有较为宽广的学术视野和良好的团队协作精神。 

工作待遇： 

符合申报条件者，可应聘武汉大学特聘研究员、特聘副研究员岗位。具体待遇可根据国家、湖北省和武汉大学的相关政策协商确定。入选各级各类人才计划后，按照就高原则享受相应待遇。 

（三）博士后 

招聘条件： 

1、具有在相关领域的国内、外高校博士学位，或从事相关研究工作多年，年龄原则上应不超过30周岁； 

2、具有良好的基本理论研究与实验实践能力，并取得显著科研成果(学术论文、软件著作权和专利等); 

3、勤于钻研，工作主动，严谨认真，具备良好的团队合作精神和独立开展科研的能力; 

4、具有良好的中英文写作和表达能力; 

工作待遇： 

根据国家、湖北省和武汉大学的相关政策，协商确定。年薪参考标准如下： 

全额资助、配套资助博士后，年薪15-20万(税前)； 

世界排名前200名的高校毕业博士，或国内985高校毕业的博士，并在博士就读期间获得过国家奖学金或者有突出成果，可申请B类重点资助博士后，年薪20-25万(税前)； 

世界排名前100名的高校毕业博士，可申请A类资助博士后，年薪25-30万(税前)。 

聘期内，可依托武汉大学申报中国博士后科学基金、博士后国际交流计划派出和学术交流项目等，可申报专业技术职务，期满离站可报请全国博士后管委会颁发《博士后证书》。 

三、应聘流程 

学院常年招聘各类高层次人才，按照申请顺序不定期开展集中评审，不设置截止期限。

School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering (RSIE), Wuhan University which was founded in 1956 has become a domestic advanced and world famous high-level academic platform. Research Directions 

RSIE focus on Satellite ground receiving station, computer vision, mobile measurement and quantitative remote sensing, laser radar, satellite simulation, Smart City and geography national condition monitoring, etc.
