一、医院概况

复旦大学附属妇产科医院(第二冠名：上海市红房子妇产科医院)，由沪上首家妇孺医院——西门妇孺医院发展而来，是美国人Margaret Williamson于1884年捐资创办。因创建时屋顶呈红色，被广大市民以及患者亲切地称为“红房子医院”，多次被评为上海市文明单位。医院亚专科齐全，学科发展平衡，人才梯队完善，是集医疗、教学、科研于一体的全国知名的三级甲等专科医院。在各级政府及领导的关心下，2009年起杨浦院区（沈阳路128号）投入使用。两院区总占地面积65亩，建筑面积84600余平方米，核定床位820张。医院医疗技术力量雄厚，拥有在职正高职称专家69名，副高职称专家124名，博导30人、硕导44人。

医院设有妇科、产科、计划生育科、中西医结合科、新生儿科、宫颈疾病诊疗中心、乳腺科等多个临床科室及上海市中西医结合月经病诊疗中心、上海市女性生殖内分泌疾病诊疗中心、上海市集爱遗传与不育诊疗中心等多个专科诊疗中心。年门诊量、出院数、住院手术数均为上海妇产科专科医院之首。

医院妇产科学科是教育部重点学科、上海市重点学科；妇科和产科双双入选国家临床重点专科建设；中西医结合妇科也被国家中医药管理局列入“十二五”重点专科。医院还承担妇产科学国家精品课程、上海市精品课程的建设任务，并相继成为首批上海市住院医师规培及专培基地之一。2013年度我院妇产科学入选上海市重中之重临床重点学科、2017年我院获市卫计委批准设立上海市女性生殖疾病临床医学中心。医院拥有上海市女性生殖内分泌相关疾病重点实验室，妇产科研究所，上海市女性生殖疾病临床医学中心等妇产专科应用基础研究平台。近年来先后成为卫生部妇产科医院标准制定单位、卫生部首批内镜诊疗技术培训基地、妇科四级内镜培训基地、卫生部华东地区妇科肿瘤培训中心、卫生部委托的妇科临床路径制订单位。此外，医院还是全国产科麻醉培训基地、上海市妇科临床质控中心、上海市出生缺陷一级预防指导中心，上海市女性生殖内分泌诊疗中心、上海市中西医结合月经病诊疗中心、上海市产前诊断中心等临床诊疗及研究中心；以及拥有国家药物临床试验机构、妇产科组织样本库及临床病例信息资料库等支撑平台。

二、招聘研究方向

妇科肿瘤、生殖遗传、生殖内分泌、冷冻医学相关学科。

1.Hospital Introduction

The Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University (Shanghai Red House Ob & Gyn Hospital) is an academic center developed on the basis of Xi Men Women and Children Hospital– a missionary hospital and the first women and children hospital in Shanghai donated by an American woman, Ms. Margaret Williamson in 1884. Over the past one hundred years, the hospital has been called by the local residents as “Red House Hospital”. The hospital is a specialized, tertiary (Grade 3, Class A) hospital, Shanghai Red Cross Ob & Gyn Hospital, and Model Unit in Shanghai With the unremitting efforts of generations over more than one hundred years at Shanghai Red House Ob & Gyn Hospital led by Prof. Shuzhen Wang, a pioneer of modern obstetric and gynecological services in China, the hospital has now developed into a full-fledged academic center specialized in women’s healthcare with two divisions (Huangpu division and Yangpu division respectively), occupying a space of 4.33 hectare with a total floor space of 84600 square meters. The hospital, possessing 820 beds, has14 clinical and auxiliary departments, providing clinical service to over 1,300,000 outpatients and 46,000 inpatients, ranking the first among the three Ob&Gyn specialized hospitals in Shanghai. The hospital owns several clinical departments as the department of Gynecology, Obstetrics, Family planning, Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine, Neonatology, Cervical disease center and mammary gland branch, etc. The Department of Obstetrics and the Department Gynecology are elected as the national key clinics in 2010. The hospital also serves as the demonstration site for MOH hospital service standards for obstetrics and gynecology as well as Shanghai Clinical Quality Control Center for Gynecology. Its clinical and teaching programs have been recognized as State Key Specialties, Shanghai Key Specialties, National Model Programs, and 211 Engineering Priority Specialty Building Projects. The research programs undertaken by the hospital includes 985 national key projects, and other national key research projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation.
