上海交通大学国家电投智慧能源创新学院(简称“智慧能源创新学院”)是上海交通大学与国家电力投资集团有限公司强强联合共建的产教融合平台和办学特区,集人才培养、科学研究、成果转化为一体,着力促进教育链、人才链、产业链、创新链的有效衔接,培养引领现代能源产业发展的复合型、创新型、实践型人才,为国家“碳达峰”“碳中和”提供有力的科技和人才支撑。

一、关于我们

01核心优势

学院致力于打造具有中国特色的产教融合示范基地,落实习近平总书记“四个革命、一个合作”能源安全新战略和国家有关深化产教融合决策部署,依托上海交大百年学术积淀和国家电投深厚行业资源,紧抓行业需求增长机遇,有针对性地为国家培养急需人才,为行业研发关键技术,努力推动“双碳”目标实现。

学院秉承“强基础、促交叉、重实践、国际化”人才培养理念,构建跨学科教育体系。在能源科技研发、工程技术革新等领域形成了交叉融合、优势互补的鲜明特色。聘任百余位国家电投行业导师,建立校企双导师制,提供多元化学习路径,努力培养复合型、创新型人才。

学院通过建设智慧能源示范校园,打造能源数字化平台、虚拟电厂仿真平台和直流微电网系统,实现能源系统的智能化管理与高效调度,推动AI技术在能源领域的深度应用,不断提升专业教学科研的创新性和实践性,为智慧能源跨学科融合和应用示范树立了标杆。

02师资队伍及人才培养

学院目前师资181人(含自有师资53人,校内双聘教师26人,国家电投集团行业导师102人),拥有中国工程院院士1人,国家级高层次专家3人,国家级青年专家7人次,上海市人才计划入选专家24人次。学院以产业需求为牵引,通过本科高年级选拔和产教融合培养的方式,从国家能源产业布局的重点区域招收优秀学生,为当地输送优秀人才;学院成功获批国内首个智慧能源工程专业并于2022年开始招生,目前本、硕、博在读学生450人。

03科研合作

学院牵头承担上海高校Ⅳ类高峰高原学科“上海非碳基能源转换与利用研究院”建设,以国家重大需求为导向,开展非碳基能源转换与利用方向关键技术研究。学院牵头建设的“数字化低碳能源系统重点实验室”入围国家能源局“十四五”第一批国家能源研发创新平台建设项目。上海交通大学依托学院与国家电投集团共同设立“未来能源计划”基金,聚焦未来能源前瞻性变革性技术,为我国能源绿色转型和双碳目标提供科技支撑。学院目前下设“碳捕集与利用研究中心”“新型电力系统智慧运行与控制研究中心”“数字核能研究所”“新型电力系统技术经济研究所”,旨在依托各研究中心及研究所建设形成具有学术影响力的研究团队。目前,学院正在重点建设AI+能源学科专业。

2)副教授:

(1)博士毕业后有相关领域三年及以上工作经历,年龄一般不超过40周岁;

(2)具有独立开展创新性研究、主讲课程、指导博士生的能力,取得重要的研究成果,表现出较强学术潜力;

(3)师德师风优良,并具有创新、探索精神和团结协作能力,特别优秀者可适当放宽工作经历要求。

3)助理教授:

(1)具有相关专业博士学位,有相关领域工作经历,年龄一般不超过35周岁;

(2)在学术前沿领域开展创新性研究工作,取得重要的研究成果,表现出较强学术潜力;

(3)师德师风优良,并具有创新、探索精神和团结协作能力,特别优秀者可适当放宽工作经历要求。

4)专职科研

(1)具有相关专业博士学位,年龄一般不超过35周岁;

(2)有参与或承担高水平科研项目经历,有志于服务大科研团队、大科研项目、大科研工程;

5)博士后

The College of Smart Energy (CSE), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is an industry-education integration platform jointly established by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC). With the development of a smart energy demonstration campus, CSE is pioneering the creation of an energy digitization platform, a virtual power plant simulation system, and a direct current microgrid, thereby redefining energy system management through intelligent, efficient operations. By embedding cutting-edge AI technologies deeply within the energy sector, CSE is amplifying the innovation and practicality of its professional education and research but also set a gold standard for interdisciplinary integration and application in smart energy systems.

Faculty & Talent Cultivation

CSE has a faculty of 181, including 26 dual-employed teachers from within SJTU and 102 industry mentors from SPIC. CSE has 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 3 national high-level experts, 7 national youth experts, 24 experts selected in relevant talent programs of Shanghai. CSE takes industrial demand as its guide. By selecting senior-year undergraduates and cultivating through integration of industry and education, CSE recruits outstanding students from key regions of the energy industry to foster talents in those local areas. CSE has successfully obtained approval for China’s first undergraduate major of Smart Energy Engineering and began enrollment in 2022. Currently, there are 450 enrolled undergraduates, masters, and doctoral students in CSE.

Scientific Research & Cooperation

The Shanghai Peak Discipline (Class IV) - “Research Institute for Non-Carbon-Based Energy Conversion and Utilization” led by CSE, aims to carry out research of key technologies for non-carbon-based energy conversion and utilization guided by major national needs. The “Digital Low Carbon Energy System Key Laboratory” led by CSE has been shortlisted for the first batch of national energy research and development innovation platform construction projects in the “14th Five Year Plan” of the National Energy Administration. Relying on CSE, SJTU jointly established the “Future Energy Plan” fund focusing on forward-looking and revolutionary technologies for future energy with SPIC to provide technological support for China’s goals to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality. CSE now has four research centers and institutions: the Research Center for Carbon Capture and Utilization, the Research Center for Intelligent Operation and Control of New Power Systems, the Institute of Intelligent Nuclear Energy, and the Institute of Technology and Economics of New Power Systems, based on which CSE aims to build a research team with academic influence. CSE is now concentrating on the construction of AI + Energy discipline.

Fields of Recruitment

(3) With good morals, innovative spirit, spirit of exploration, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Associate Professor:

(1) Have a doctoral degree and at least three years of research experience after graduation, generally under the age of 40;

(2) Able to independently conduct innovative research, teach courses, and supervise doctoral students; have achieved significant research results and demonstrated strong academic potential;

(3) With good morals, innovative spirit, spirit of exploration, and the ability to work collaboratively.

For outstanding candidates, research experience requirements can be appropriately reduced.

Assistant Professor:

(1) Have a relevant doctoral degree, relevant work experience, and generally under the age of 35;

(2) Have conducted innovative research in cutting-edge fields, achieved significant research results and demonstrated strong academic potential;

(3) With good morals, innovative spirit, spirit of exploration, and the ability to work collaboratively.

For outstanding candidates, research experience requirements can be appropriately reduced.

Assistant Research Professor:
