西安建筑科技大学诚邀请全球优秀青年学者参加第四届“雁塔学者”论坛公告

“雁塔学者”论坛是西安建筑科技大学主办的面向全球优秀青年学者的人才引进论坛，目前已成功举办三届，共邀请来自20多个国家和地区近200名海内外优秀青年学者参会。论坛就相关学科领域的前沿科技热点问题进行学术讨论和交流，促进与会学者与我校相关学科教师建立实质联系与合作，增进与会学者对西安建筑科技大学的全面了解，促成海内外优秀人才来校建功立业。（海归留学人才招聘求职，就上留学人才网 liuxuehr.com。）

The “Yanta Scholar” Forum is a brain gain forum for outstanding young scholars from all over the world, sponsored by Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology(XAUAT). At present, the forum has successfully held three sessions, inviting nearly 200 outstanding young scholars from more than 20 countries and regions. This forum is held for academic discussions and exchanges on hot issues of science and technology in related disciplines. Its aim is to advance contact and cooperation between the scholars and the teachers in the university, to enhance scholars’ comprehensive understanding of the university and to attract outstanding talents at home and abroad to work in the university.

一、举办时间 Date：

三、申请条件Requirements：

1.具有博士学位；

A doctorate;

2.在所从事领域已取得突出的学术业绩，是同龄人中的拔尖人才；具有广阔的学术视野和创新思维，具备成为所从事领域领军人才的潜质；

Outstanding academic achievements in the field and a top talent among peers; broad academic vision, innovative thinking and the potential to become a leading talent in the field;

3.年龄原则上不超过32周岁；具有副高级专业技术职务或相当水平的博士，理工科类不超过35周岁，人文社科类不超过40周岁。特别优秀者可不受年龄限制。

32 years old or younger in general; 35 years old or younger for associate senior professional and technical posts; 40 years old or younger for the posts of humanities and social sciences. But, excellent talents are not subject to age.

发送个人简历至西安建筑科技大学人事处邮箱zhaopin@xauat.edu.cn。简历内容应包含个人基本信息，学习和工作经历，发表论文及收录情况，承担科研项目情况，专利及获奖情况等。

Please send your resume to mailbox of Human Resources Department, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology (zhaopin@xauat.edu.cn). The resume should include personal information, study and work experience, publication and collection of theses, research projects, patents and awards.

五、日程安排Schedule：

5月13日：论坛报到，参会学者自行乘车前往指定酒店报到，办理相关报销手续。

May 13: Forum check-in. Please arrive at the designated hotel for check-in and reimbursement.

5月14日-15日：赴各学院参加分领域学术活动、实验室参观、人才引进洽谈等活动；

May 14-15: Please attend academic activities, laboratory visits, brain gain negotiations and other activities in schools;

5月16日：离会。

May 16: Leave

六、交通住宿Transportation and Accommodation

本次“雁塔学者”论坛不收取注册费用，学校为参会学者报销往返国际和国内旅费（以人民币购买）、市内交通费用，并安排会议期间的免费住宿。

It is free for registration in “Yanta Scholar” Forum. And XAUAT will reimburse scholars for international and domestic travel expenses in round trip (RMB) and city transportation expenses. And free for arranging accommodation during forum conferences.

西安建筑科技大学坐落于十三朝古都西安，是我国著名的土建“老八校”之一和原冶金部重点大学，是国务院首批批准具有博士、硕士学位授予权的学校，是陕西省重点建设的高水平大学，也是教育部、住建部和陕西省共建的大学。经过并校60余年的不懈努力，现已发展成为一所以土木建筑、环境市政、材料冶金及其相关学科为特色，以工程技术学科为主体，文、理、经、管、艺、法等学科协调发展的多科性大学。学校拥有国家重点学科3个，省级重点学科34个，工程学进入ESI全球排名前1%。学校设有研究生院，现有一级学科博士点9个，博士后流动站7个。学校拥有一支由院士、国家杰出专业技术人才、国家级教学名师、“万人计划”入选者、“长江学者”特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者等领衔的高水平师资与人才队伍。

Located in Xi’an (Shaanxi Province), an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUAT) is one of the famous “Old Eight Universities” of civil engineering and architecture in China and the key university of the former Ministry of Metallurgy. The university has been listed in the first batch of universities approved by the State Council to grant degrees of doctor and master, and now it is a key and high-level university in Shaanxi Province, funded jointly by both Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Shaanxi Provincial Government. After more than 60 years of amalgamation, XAUAT has become a multidisciplinary university with characteristic disciplines (civil engineering and architecture, environment and municipal administration, material and metallurgy and other related disciplines), main disciplines (engineering technology) and other disciplines (literature, science, economics, management, art and law). XAUAT has 3 national key disciplines and 34 provincial key disciplines among which engineering enters top 1% of ESI global ranking. Now, the university has postgraduate schools, 9 first-level discipline doctorates and 7 mobile postdoctoral centers.
